When you add a vehicle, we look up its details via the DVLA Vehicle Enquiry Service. You confirm that you are the owner or authorised user of the vehicle you are adding. You should not add vehicles you do not own or have permission to document.
Photos you upload may be automatically analysed by AI to detect vehicle registration plates. This is used solely to link photos to car profiles on Logbooked. By agreeing to these terms you consent to this processing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
By default, your car's registration number is searchable by other users on Logbooked. You can disable this at any time in your car's privacy settings. Disabling registration search does not affect the visibility of your car profile to people who already have the direct link.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Logbooked is provided without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Vehicle data sourced from the DVLA is provided for information only and should not be relied upon for legal or commercial decisions.
